Lauren is a multidisciplinary Edmonton-based director, performer, writer, producer, emerging fight director, cat mom, and part-time healthcare worker.

The thoughtful curation of live connections, story sharing, and world-building for Lauren’s audiences is what inspires her. Lauren is increasingly interested in stories that showcase women and gender minorities in ways that uplift their complexities, and particularly the empowerment that arises from characters wielding blades ⚔️

• MFA in Theatre Directing 2024-2027

• intermediate-certified actor combatant with Fight directors canada, with 10+ fight choreography credits in theatre & film
